6th October 2019 at 2pm – meet near the office.

Many immigrants of Jewish origin came to Melbourne in the late 19th and early 20th centuries brought with them a range of skills and enterprise that contributed to our way of life. Did your grandparents ever have a Wertheim Piano or Sewing Machine in their home? And, where did they buy their furniture from? Remember Patersons? The Nathan family from London and the Wertheims’ from Germany were certainly very prolific in their time. Come and join us for a walk through history.
